    This is an energetic and fast-paced strength and conditioning class designed to get your heart pumping while building functional strength. We combine simple, effective movements at a cardio-like tempo to create a full-body workout that is both challenging and fun. With easily modifiable exercises, this class is perfect for all fitness levels, whether you're a seasoned lifter or just starting your fitness journey.

    8-Week Small-Group Strength Program

    You're juggling work, kids, and life. Finding time to train feels impossible.

    Two lifts. Two days. 60 minutes. Real results.

    We focus on the deadlift and dumbbell press because when you get strong at pulling weight off the ground and pressing it off you cheat, everything else gets easier. Picking up your kids, carrying groceries, and feeling confident.

    How it works:

    • Small groups of 4-6 dads (real coaching, not crowds)
    • 45-minute sessions (in and out)
    • Main lifts + HIIT + accessories
    • 8-week progression you can actually measure

    Saturdays @ 11am and 12:30pm

    Ready to dive into your week with a bit of community, a bit of fitness, and a bit of sweat? Come try our new Tuesday Sweat class! This will be a general fitness class based in functionality, mobility, aerobic endurance, and more! All ages and skill levels are welcome.
