Starting July 15th, we are launching an 8-Week Small Group Training Program designed to help you build sustainable strength, build community, and achieve real, measurable results—all while training in a private gym.

Because we prioritize form, safety, and individual progression, this group is strictly capped at 5 participants per session.

  • The Schedule & Structure

    Sessions are at 11:00 AM on Wednesdays and Fridays. This program requires a full 8-week commitment, so everyone in the group can progress safely and stay accountable to the block from start to finish.

  • Tailored Tracking & Personal Goals

    This isn't a generic, one-size-fits-all fitness class—it is individual personal training built into a community dynamic. I will be tracking your workouts, weights, and progress weekly. Whether your specific goal is weight loss, building serious endurance, or getting as strong as possible, your movements and loads will be custom-tailored to exactly what your body needs.

  • The Workout Strategy

    Both days are comprehensive, progressive full-body workouts. However, Wednesday and Friday will use slightly different variations and movement patterns. This means you have the perfect opportunity to train both days for maximum results, but if you choose to do just one, you’ll still get a complete workout.

  • Choose Your Weekly Track

    Flexibility is built right into the program. You can opt for the 1x/week track (ideally sticking to the same day each week—either just Wednesdays or just Fridays—for consistency), or you can double down on your goals and join us for the 2x/week track to experience the full programming block.
